Zend_Registry Error

So, I am installing XenForo. I am just getting a white page when I try to go to /install. I checked out the server error logs and got the following error:

PHP Fatal error: Class 'Zend_Registry' not found in /home5/habbossc/public_html/forum/library/XenForo/Application.php on line 12



Any ideas?
